Shirley Herridge
Shirley was appointed in April 2018 to manage all accounting functions for the Doug Hood group of companies, and brings a robust set of skills & experience to the company from a background in luxury goods, mining, farming and tax accounting:
- Company accountant for Beretta NZ from mid 2016 to late 2017.
- Chief financial officer for L&M Group from 2003 to 2016, consisting of 19 privately held mineral & resource exploration & development companies:

- involved in the L&M Petroleum IPO.
- world-wide lead on due diligence for the merger of L&M Petroleum and L&M Coal Seam Gas.
- project managed the gold dredge refurbishment for Mintago Investments’ alluvial gold mining operation in the Earnscleugh Valley, and rehabilitation of the mine site to productive dairying land.

- Tax accountant with PwC from 1998 to 2002.
Shirley holds BCom (Taxation), BA (Economics), is a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Certificate of Public Practice.
